- Consumer Agreement
There are absolutely NO sales to minors. Customers must be of at least 18 years of age or older depending on their local laws. By placing an order, the customer states that he/she is of legal age and is purchasing the item(s) in accordance with Federal, State and Local laws. Customers also state that they will be using the item(s) in a lawful manner. Little Star Enterprises, Inc. and its employees assumes no liability associated with product usage or misusage. The customer is liable and responsible for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind arising out of the use and/or misuse of these products. Use and misuse of Martial Arts weapons may involve serious risks, including injury, disability, and possibly death. All items including Armor, Swords and weapons are sold only for collection and/or display purposes. Any training or use of these armors, swords and/or weapons should be done for demonstration of forms, while under the close supervision of an expert. It is the customer's or user's responsibility to inspect the Armor, Sword and/or Weapon before each use to ensure they are in proper condition. Do not use any Armor, Sword and/or Weapon for sparring or contact.
- Shipping & Delivery
Little Star Enterprises, Inc. ships merchandise worldwide, commonly through FedEx. All orders ship with online tracking, insurance and include brokerage fees. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to carrier when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We use a 3rd party insurance company to keep shipping costs down and import taxes low. All products are 100% insured and will be partially refunded, replaced or returned at Little Star Enterprises, Inc. descretion.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Most orders ship directly from our armory in China. You can reference HS Code 7326.90.85 for reproduction samurai armor so they can more easily provide you with any estimated taxes or possible restrictions.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Little Star Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Incase of receipt of a damaged, defective or wrong item, the customer has 5 days from the date of receipt to email us a simple claim along with a detailed picture to show the claim. Little Star Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to repair, replace the item or refund the value amount of the defect / damage. If an item is to be repaired or replaced a return label will be emailed to the client which will have 7 days to mail the item back.
PLEASE NOTE: We use a 3rd party inspection company to inspect all orders before they ship to prevent the shipment of defective or incorrect items. Please understand that these items are handmade, crafted and painted. They will not always be perfect and their might be some cosmetic blemishes. However this is part of our quality control inspection. On some occasions there might be variations between the pictured items and the actual item you receive. From time to time some items / parts might be substituted (ex: material colors / patterns) due to lack of availability, but never with lower quality materials. These are not common issues, but they do happen. Be sure to examine the package for any signs of damage before accepting or signing for. If the product(s) are damaged inside, make sure the delivery person notes the damage and notify us. We will do our best to fix any problems quickly and to your satisfaction.
